On their wedding day, we were lucky to have soft cloud coverage, giving everything a luminous, ethereal glow. The greenhouse quite literally shines. A perfect setting for such a romantic and peaceful ceremony.
We started the day with a sweet first look in the lush gardens, followed by Claire and Brock exchanging private vows. These moments felt incredibly intimate and set the tone for the rest of their celebration. Intentional, meaningful, and full of love.
The ceremony was serene and filled with emotion, surrounded by greenery and the peaceful hum of summer in West Michigan. After family photos on the property, we snuck away to Oval Beach, just five minutes from the venue. The sun dipped low over Lake Michigan, casting a golden glow over the dunes and water. It was the perfect backdrop for sunset portraits, calm, romantic, and full of that post-ceremony bliss.
Back at Ivy House, the evening ended with a joyful sparkler send-off. Claire and Brock walked hand in hand through a tunnel of sparklers held by their closest family and friends, a glowing end to a glowing day.
