I’m a twenty something Michigan girl through and through. I live for lake days, golden hour hikes, and a Michigan summer.
When I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll probably find me outside somewhere with my two black labs (aka my best adventure buddies), hiking new trails, or planning my next trip. Travel has my whole heart. So far, Alaska, Italy, and Hawaii have been my favorites. Hiking a glacier, surfing in Hawaii, and eating pasta in Italy all before 30 has been one of my biggest accomplishments.
I have a Fine Arts degree from Kendall College of Art and Design, where I studied both photography and graphic design. That’s where I fell in love with film, the texture, the nostalgia, and the way it makes a moment feel timeless. I’ve always been drawn to old photographs and the way they transport you, and now I get to create those kinds of memories for other people.
When I’m home, I’m usually cooking something cozy or decorating my space to feel like the most peaceful little corner of the world. I believe in real connection, genuine moments, and the power of photographs to tell stories that last a lifetime and I can’t wait to hear yours.
I believe your love story deserves to be told with depth, texture, and a little bit of magic. That’s why I photograph with both digital and 35mm film.
Digital allows me to capture every moment with clarity, speed, and versatility. It's perfect for documenting the full story as it naturally unfolds. Those in between glances, the tearful hugs, the spontaneous dance moves. It lets me be everywhere at once, capturing real emotions in real time.
Blending digital and film allows me to tell your story fully: beautifully, artistically, and honestly, just like you’ll want to remember it, now and forever.
Film is where the feeling lives. I’ve always been drawn to the nostalgic warmth of old photographs. The soft grain, the subtle imperfections, the way a single image can transport you to a moment that feels like a dream. Film slows me down in the best way. It invites me to be intentional, to observe carefully, and to capture the kind of fleeting, emotional moments that age beautifully over time.
That emotion, that sense of nostalgia, is something I want every couple to experience when they look back on their wedding gallery. It’s not just about the images, it’s about remembering the day exactly as it felt.
