At Kailee Marie Photography, my process is designed to be as elevated and intentional as the weddings I photograph.
I’m hands-on from the moment we meet through every detail after your wedding day. For couples who prefer a more relaxed approach, I adapt seamlessly to match your comfort. I thrive on connection: with my couples, with your vendor team, and with every moment we capture together.
Our journey begins with a private consultation, where we discuss your vision, style, and energy while getting to know one another. From there, I guide the planning and styling of your engagement session, assist with timeline creation, and collaborate closely with your vendors to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed. I carefully craft and preserve your wedding day by blending digital and 35 mm film.
I handpick and hand-edit every image, delivering them in a beautiful online gallery and a personalized lay flat album, along with exclusive access to my print store.

My luxury destination wedding collections offer national and international photography coverage.
When you bring me along for your destination wedding, I’m not just your photographer, I’m your travel partner and your personal paparazzi.
For destinations, couples on average spend between $14,000-$17,000.
the experience
All destination wedding collections include travel fees, 10 hours of wedding day coverage, a second photographer, rehearsal/welcome party coverage, a blend of digital, film, and drone photography, and a custom 8×8 lay flat luxury album.
Luxury Destinations
My travel fees are already included in all of my package prices. For local weddings, travel is covered for up to 180 miles from my location. If your venue is just a little outside of that range, there may be a small additional travel fee.
For weddings that require longer travel, I offer national and international collections. Those include all travel expenses!
How much do you charge for travel?
Absolutely. We understand that not every wedding is the same. Every couple is different and have unique needs. We are always ready to accommodate you.
Can i customize a wedding collection?
Rehearsal coverage and welcome party coverage is available if you’d like to purchase additional coverage. I typically do not attend rehearsals as we discuss the flow of your day beforehand, but I’m always down to attend the after party ;)
Do you need to attend our rehearsal?
You will receive a sneak peek in seven days following your event or session to show your friends and family, and of course, Instagram! Depending on where your wedding day falls, my turnaround time is between 10 and 15 weeks. 5 weeks for sessions!
What is your turn around time?
A shot list is not needed! Outside of the family portrait list and any must-haves, I come equipped and ready to create so that is not something you need to be worried about. But, my Instagram DMs are always open for any inspiration you find!
Do I need to provide a shot list?
You may also opt for the creation of fine art prints from my print shop, located right in your gallery. You may also take your photographs wherever you desire with the print release that is included once you download your gallery!
