The Gills KNOW how to throw a party!
I remember talking to Emily and Jimmy on our consultation call and we discussed what they were envisioning for their wedding day. Emily wanted to slightly lean into the Valentine’s Day theme, but trying to do it in a tasteful way. They really wanted it to be classy and carefree with a dash of funk and they DID JUST THAT. It truly came together so well. I honestly got a little emotinoal because I was so happy their dream wedding came to life and I was there to capture it.

A little about Emily and Jimmy –
Emily and Jimmy met in college! They both went to Illinois State University (GO Redbirds!!!) They have an adorable Australian Sheppard named June (featured on the bar). Their pride and joy!
Jimmy is goofy and so fun to be around! Emily explained to me that Jimmy’s love language is acts of service. Emily says he is constantly going above and beyond for everyone, and truly appreciates when someone does something for him. Emily is also very creative and AMAZING at crafting things! The floral was done by Emily herself! Emily is also really big on quality time! She doesn’t care what they’re doing as long as they’re having a good time together!
