The process begins with an initial consultation call, where we discuss your vision, preferences, and the details of your wedding day. This call allows us to understand your expectations and ensures that my photographic style aligns with your desires.
Once we have chosen a collection that fits you best, a reservation fee of 30% down and a signed contract are due to secure photography services. The invoice and contract outlines the terms, deliverables, and pricing, providing clarity and transparency.
All wedding collections include wedding day timeline assistance, online gallery with unlimited high resolution digital downloads, 35 mm analog film, an 8x8 wedding album, print release, and exclusive access to the KMP print store.

From the moment you book, you’ll receive expert planning tips to help your day flow effortlessly, along with a personalized photography timeline to ensure every important moment is captured.
After your wedding, your photographs will be delivered in a personal online gallery with a full print release, allowing you to download, share, and order professional quality prints.

When it comes to posing, my approach is all about making you feel comfortable, natural, and connected. We’ll start with a few classic formal poses to get you warmed up, but then I’ll guide you into interactive activities that keep you engaged with your partner rather than focused on the camera.
Whether it’s walking hand in hand, whispering something sweet, or sharing a quiet moment, these prompts help you relax and truly enjoy each other.
What to expect
For local weddings, all collections include 180 miles of travel, while session collections include 40 miles. Any mileage outside of that range will include a small travel fee. For destinations, lodging is NOT included and must be covered by the client. Airfare is included in the destination collection.
How much do you charge for travel?
Absolutely. We understand that not every wedding is the same. Every couple is different and have unique needs. We are always ready to accommodate you.
Can i customize a wedding collection?
Rehearsal coverage is available if you’d like to purchase additional coverage. I typically do not attend rehearsals as we discuss the flow of your day beforehand.
Do you need to attend our rehearsal?
You will receive a sneak peek in seven days following your event or session to show your friends and family, and of course, Instagram! Depending on where your wedding day falls, my turnaround time is between 10 and 15 weeks. 4 weeks for sessions!
What is your turn around time?
A shot list is not needed! Outside of the family portrait list and any must-haves, I come equipped and ready to create so that is not something you need to be worried about. But, my Instagram DMs are always open for any inspiration you find!
Do I need to provide a shot list?
You may also opt for the creation of fine art prints from my print shop, located right in your gallery. You may also take your photographs wherever you desire with the print release that is included once you download your gallery!
