As a wedding photographer, I have the privilege of witnessing countless love stories, but there are some weddings that leave a mark on your heart, and Olivia and Tyler’s was one of them.
Olivia and Tyler chose to celebrate their love surrounded by their favorite people on the Groom’s family’s elk farm. With elk grazing in the distance, it added an extra layer of enchantment to their wedding day.
Away from the eyes of family and friends, Olivia and Tyler shared a private moment that allowed them to express their love without reservation. Tyler’s vows were so thoughtful and beautifully crafted, his words were a reflection of their journey together and his commitment to Olivia. It was clear that he had poured his heart into each line. Olivia’s vows echoing the deep love and respect they share. The intimacy of the moment was a reminder of what weddings are truly about – the celebration of love in its most honest and vulnerable form.
My most FAVORITE PART was their unique unity ceremony. Instead of the traditional lighting of a candle or mixing of sand, they chose a peanut butter and jelly unity ceremony. This playful and lighthearted gesture perfectly captured their personalities.
As they each spread peanut butter and jelly on slices of bread, laughter filled the air, and everyone present couldn’t help but smile. It was a sweet metaphor for their union – two distinct flavors coming together to create something delightful and complete.
Olivia and Tyler’s wedding wasn’t just a celebration of their love but a beautiful reminder of the power of intentionality. It’s about choosing each other every day, through the highs and lows, and finding joy in the simple moments.
It was an honor to be a part of their journey and to witness such a heartfelt and genuine celebration.
Here’s to Olivia and Tyler, a couple whose love story is as unique and beautiful as the elk farm!
